COA Environmental Health Launches Foodborne Illness Complaint Portal

The City of Amarillo (COA) Environmental Health Department is providing residents with a way to report possible public health concerns with the launch of a Foodborne Illness Complaint Portal.

The portal allows residents to provide confidential information to the COA Environmental Health Department regarding possible foodborne illnesses from publicestablishments.

“The City of Amarillo Environmental Health team is committed to public health,” said COA Director of Environmental Health Anthony Spanel. “This new online portal makes it easier than ever to report a potential foodborne illness quickly and conveniently.”

The online portal can be reached at: inspections.myhealthdepartment.com/aaphd/forms/food-borne-illness

All information submitted through the portal is confidential and will not be made public.
