Rates

We offer a full range of venues, equipment, and support services to help bring your event to life. The following rates outline what’s available but are subject to change. For current pricing, availability, or help planning your event, contact an Event Supervisor.

Venue Rental Rates

All persons or organizations using one of our venues must first sign a standard rental agreement, which covers all relationships between you and the Amarillo Civic Center Complex. All or a designated portion of the rent is due upon the signing of the agreement. The balance of the payment is due at least seven days prior to the day of the event. 

We require a current certificate of public liability insurance showing that a policy is in force and that the City of Amarillo is named as the Certificate Holder and an additional insured at the time of the event. The amount of insurance should be a minimum of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for standard general liability and  $2,000,000.00 aggregate. A certificate evidencing the required insurance coverage must be provided at least 30 days prior to the event start date. 

All listed rates are per day unless otherwise noted. Spaces are typically leased from 7:00 AM until 11:59 PM each day. Any venue that is used past midnight is billed at $250/hour. A $250 refundable damage/clean-up deposit is required in addition to rent for all carpeted areas.

Internet & Phone Rates

We are happy to provide all of our clients and patrons with a robust, free public Wi-Fi service throughout our venues. This is an unsecured network, and availability is subject to bandwidth usage. 

In addition to complimentary public Wi-Fi, we offer several other options for internet and telephone services. These secure services are also subject to shared bandwidth and availability.

Production Rates

Our in-house Production department offers a range of audio and lighting equipment for rent. Please note that items are subject to availability, and some may require Technical Labor. For more information regarding technical labor and rates, contact our Production Manager or an Assistant Production Manager at (806) 378-4297. 

Overtime Rates: All technical labor rates are billed at time and a half on calls exceeding 8 hours within a 24-hour period.

Sweet Southern Sound is the contracted audio, video, and lighting vendor for all ticketed events booked at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex. Sweet Southern Sound also provides services for other events at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex upon request. Please contact our Production Manager, Derek Hisek, for additional details.
