Box Office Information

Our main box office is located at Entrance 1 on the west side of the Amarillo Civic Center Complex, and you can reach us at 806-378-3096. It’s open Monday through Saturday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and also open on Sundays and holidays when a ticketed event is scheduled that day.

Cal Farley Coliseum Events

A second box office opens at Entrance 8, on the southeast corner of the Civic Center, typically one hour before showtime when there’s an event held in our Coliseum.

Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts

The box office is located at the south lobby entrance and typically opens one hour before events.

Accessible and Companion Seating

Accessible and companion seating is available in all venues at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex. For assistance with accessible seating questions, seating locations, or relocations, please contact the box office during regular business hours. Patrons needing assistance during or after an event should reach out to a member of guest services.

In addition to purchasing tickets in person at our box office, you can also buy them over the phone at (806) 378-3096 or online through Panhandle Tickets. Additional fees apply to all purchases.

What if I don't already have an account?

It’s simple and easy to create an account, simply visit Panhandle Tickets and follow the steps to set one up.

Account information, including your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and password, can be updated in the My Account section. You can also contact our box office at 806-378-3096 during business hours to update your information.

Yes, you can. Be sure to share your account number with our team when you buy your tickets in person or over the phone so we can add them to your account.

The ability to forward your ticket is available on a show-by-show basis. If available, you can forward your tickets to someone else, but the recipient must have an account to accept them.

City of Amarillo: Property Taxes Rebated Per Year by Agreement Type 

Overview
