1. What is a Pre-Application Conference (PAC)?

By submitting a request for the Pre-Application Conference, along with a site plan and description of your proposed development project, you have the opportunity to meet with a representative of every department within Development Services at one table to discuss your concept.  This is highly recommended for new construction projects, or sizable developments, and gives you the opportunity to identify challenges or requirements before submitting your application for processing and review.

There are several ways you can pay your application fee. We will accept cash, checks, or credit cards. For both cash and checks, you will need to come into the Simms Building, 2nd floor and check in with the receptionist. If you are paying by card, you can come in or you can pay by phone by calling the Development Customer Service line at 806-378-5263.
