  1. Artists may work in any medium. Works that hang must be no larger than 60”. 3-D pieces must be no larger than 60”.
  2. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces for consideration.
  3. Artists should stick with the historical locations from the official list. Artists are free to create on site or from photographs. Remember that many of these locations are occupied. Do not enter any of the locations at any time unless you have permission. Be considerate of the people that live and/or work at these sites and respect their privacy.
  4. If you select a school as your site, you may only work on school property on days and times when school is not in session. No exceptions!
  5. All work must be family-friendly.
  6. The dates of Sept. 28 to Oct. 8 are designated for on-site creation of works. Respect the neighborhood and do all on-site work during this time.
  7. Once your work is complete, send completed entry form and a photo of the work to . We prefer email entries, but you can mail as well. All entries must be received by December 14, 2018.
  8. All work must be complete and ready to hang or display.
  9. The North Height Arts Committee has final say on works to be exhibited. Artists will be notified by email or phone as to the decisions of the Committee.
  10. Selected artwork must be delivered to United Citizens Forum, 901 N. Hayden on January 23 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Work delivered after this deadline will not be included in the exhibition.
  11. Accepted works will be displayed at the Opening Show at the Forum on the evening of January 24. An additional show may be added for the following week.
  12. Artists and friends are encouraged to attend the opening reception/gala event.
  13. All art will be for sale in during the exhibition at a price set by the artist. Artists may opt to receive 50% of the sales price. All other proceeds benefit the North Height Preservation Project.
