There are several convenient ways to pay your
City of Amarillo utility bill, including the new online system. To pay your
monthly water, sewer and solid waste disposal bill.
IN PERSON
Pay in person in our offices at 509 S.E. 7th Avenue between 8:00 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If you come into the office to pay be sure to
bring both portions of your bill so we can give you a validated receipt.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
Pay through our website with your credit card (Visa
or Mastercard) or ACH transfer from your bank account. You will have the
option to enter a one-time payment or to enroll and save your utility
account and ACH/credit card information for easy access each month.

USE THE TEN-DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER LOCATED AT THE TOP OF YOUR UTILITY BILL
WITHOUT ANY HYPHENS OR LETTERS. EXAMPLE: 0000000-000A SHOULD BE ENTERED AS
0000000000.
Utility Bill Online Payments & Services
NIGHT DEPOSITORY:
A new night deposit drop box is located just outside the City Hall entrance
(where) you can drop off your payments (no cash, please) 24 hours a day.
MAIL
Return the top portion of your bill, along with your payment (by Check or
Money Order; do not send cash) in the return envelope provided in the bill
you received to:

BANK DRAFT
Have your bank account automatically drafted for the amount of your bill
each month. Save time, postage and check charges, by having your bill paid
automatically through your checking account by bank draft. Just fill out the
