Notice To Bidders

The City of Amarillo, Texas, will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. on the date indicated, in the office of the Purchasing Agent, located in Room 307 on the third floor of City Hall. Bids will be opened and read aloud in Room 305 at the above stated time. Bids to be received for the following: 

H.U.B. & D.B.E. INFORMATION
The City of Amarillo does not independently certify companies as a H.U.B. or D.B.E.. Instead, the City relies upon and uses the State of texas database of certified H.U.B. OR D.B.E. Companies. Important notice
You must fax or email and complete the vendor application form offline and e-mail it to purchasing@ci.amarillo.tx.us. The e-mail must include all NIGP Commodity Numbers and Requested Bid Numbers. This procedure must be followed even if you are already a registered vendor with the City of Amarillo. Having the Commodity Numbers will enable us to send all of the bid amendments to you as they occur. Any bid returned without ALL of the bid amendments for that bid, included executed per the instructions on the amendments, will be deemed an incomplete bid and therefore will not be considered.
