coordinating zoning cases, subdivision plats, license and hold harmless
requests, historic preservation efforts, ordinance amendments, annexations
and easement and right-of-way vacations and dedications. |
Long-range
planning involves creating and updating the comprehensive Plan
containing the community's goals for the future, tracking
demographic changes, preparing population projections and estimates,
evaluating annexations and conducting statistical analyses.
