This service can be used to pay for fines on traffic and parking tickets only.
Your appearance in court on the date shown on your ticket will be waived if fines are paid prior to that date.
You CANNOT use this service to make a partial payment.
You CANNOT use this service to pay a case that is on warrant status.
You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine on one violation on a ticket and have another violation on the same ticket dismissed. (This service will only accept payment in full on violations under the same ticket number. The same ticket can include up to five separate violations. If you are seeking to have any of the violations dismissed, such as “No Drivers License,” you SHOULD NOT use this service, and should contact the Court at (806)378-9342.)
You CANNOT use this service to pay for any alternative sentencing option such as a driving safety course or deferred disposition.
You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine for any ticket issued to a juvenile. (A “ticket issued to a juvenile” is defined as one that was issued when the defendant was younger than seventeen years of age.)
You CANNOT use this service to pay a fine for a person in jail.
You CANNOT use this service to pay a cash bond.
Your use of this service to pay a fine, in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), constitutes a finding of guilty in open court as though a plea of nolo contendere had been entered by the defendant and constitutes a waiver of a jury trial in writing.
Your use of this service to pay a fine will result in a conviction being report to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The City of Amarillo and the Amarillo Municipal Court make no guarantees, promises, or warranties regarding the accuracy of information provided in this site.
