(a) The following minimum monthly meter service charges include the first three thousand (3,000) gallons consumption:

(b) In addition to the monthly meter charge set forth in subsection (a) above, the following shall apply to of water used in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons per month:

Monthy Sewer Rates Inside Corporate Limits
(1) The following monthly service charges include the first three thousand (3,000) gallons and shall be charged to all users based on the water meter size as follows:

(2) For usage in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons, a monthly service charge shall also be charged to all residential users in the amount of one dollar and sixty-nine cents ($1.69) per one thousand gallons of water used; to all commercial users in the amount of one dollar and eighty-two cents ($1.82) per one thousand gallons of water used; or two dollars and two cents ($2.02) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of wastewater as more specifically set forth hereinafter.
