2012 Income Limits:

City of Amarillo Housing Assistance Office Housing Choice Voucher Program, applicant families may not exceed the following income guidelines:

  • 1 Person Family $21,650
  • 2 Person Family $24,750
  • 3 Person Family $27,850
  • 4 Person Family $30,900
  • 5 Person Family $33,400
  • 6 Person Family $35,850
  • 7 Person Family $38,350
  • 8 Person Family $40,800

How To Apply

The City of Amarillo Housing Office is currently accepting applications for housing. Beginning March 5, 2013, all applications will be accepted when submitted online at WaitList. Applications will not be accepted at our office unless it is a reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations will be available for those persons who qualify. Applicants may wait up to three or four years for assistance.
