City Offices Remain Closed Tuesday

Weather Essential Personnel to Report

Amarillo, TX – Due to continuing poor road conditions, the City of Amarillo will be closed Tuesday, February 26.

All Weather Essential Personnel should report as scheduled.  Weather Essential Personnel are employees in departments including Fire, Police, Amarillo Emergency Communication Center, Emergency Management, Airport, Facilities, Parks Maintenance, Street, Utilities Division and others as assigned. 

Municipal Courts, Teen Court, City of Amarillo Transit services, Public Health, Amarillo Public Libraries and Women, Infant and Children (WIC) offices are canceled Tuesday, as well.
